1) Regarding the condition of the product
- Please be aware that all products are pre-owned (secondary market products) and may have scratches.
- In principle, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, but we will respond to requests in cases where we are 100% at fault. However, we are unable to respond in the following cases. Please understand in advance.
- In cases where loss or damage occurs during the shipping process
- In cases where there is no video recording of unopened items such as boxes, etc.
*We pay particular attention to inspecting items that have been re-shrunk. - If more than 10 days have passed since the item arrived
If we find any scratches or other damage on an item that has been appraised by a PSA or other organization, and we receive a request for a return or exchange on that basis
2) Identity verification
In light of recent circumstances, we may ask you to show us your ID after payment has been made or before we ship your item.
- We are unable to disclose the reason for this request. Please understand.
- We may restrict your use of the service until we have confirmed your identity.
- We will only ship your order after we have confirmed your identity.
3) Duplicate accounts
We will only allow one account per person.
If we find that you have multiple accounts, we may restrict all of your accounts. We would appreciate your understanding.
In addition, we may ask you to provide identification in the following cases. Please understand in advance that we may restrict your account without notice.
- When we have confirmed that there are multiple accounts with different names at the same address
- When we have confirmed that there are multiple accounts with the same name at the same address
- When we have confirmed that there are multiple accounts being used on the same device
- When we have received information from the police or payment processing companies that the address has been used for fraudulent activity in the past
- When there are obvious errors in the address, etc.
- When the account has been registered under an obvious false name
